BKWH Electric Vehicle Harness Tester
The BKWH High Voltage Tester was specifically designed for the advanced EV (Electric Vehicle) wire harness testing requirements. This Tester builds on the solid capabilities of the BROADKEY HIPOT tester with the ability to perform a HIPOT test up to 5000VAC and 6000VDC.
The powerful WIRETEST software application is used to create unique program files to successfully validate all electrical and electromechanical wire harness parameters, such as continuity,insulation resistance (IR),dielectric withstand(DW) and the air seal.

● High accuracy measurements of the continuity resistance and contact resistance of the high voltage cables, with a measurement accuracy up to 10 uΩ.
● Automatically completing the multi-point IR and DW test, with adaptable ramp time and dwell time, to fulfill the quick testing of the insulation resistance and leakage current of the cables, as well as between the cable and the sheild.
● Quickly cutting off the high-voltage output, while monitoring the 25us short-cycle arc,to ensure the safety of the operator.
● Air seal test extendable,fully meeting the standards of IP67.
