BKWH high voltage wiring harness tester series is mainly for new energy vehicle high-voltage wiring harness testing equipment. New energy vehicles generally use 300V~600V or even higher voltage platform. The high voltage cable is used to connect the high-voltage battery, inverter, air conditioning compressor, three-phase generator and motor, so as to achieve the transmission of power and energy. Due to the high voltage, new energy vehicles require test equipment to provide up to DC6000V/AC5000V test signal output.

BKWH series can automatically complete the test of conduction, insulation and withstand voltage of high voltage cable. Unique high voltage pulse detection technology, can quickly cut off the phenomenon of discharge in 25uS, to ensure the safety of test objects and personnel.

Function overview

Auto-learn connections: Detecting the connection relation and the exact resistance value of the unknown cable harness.
Connection test: To test connectivity’s, open, short, sockets orientation that could causes system in operate correctly.
Insulation test: Automatic finish multi-point insulation test. Voltage rise time and test time is selectable, 50Vdc voltage setting per-steps, fast test line to line, line to chassis isolation resistance.
High voltage discharge monitoring function：During the withstand voltage test, the short period of discharge of the measured cable in the 50uS is monitored. After the discharge is found, the high voltage is converged in the shortest time, and the cable failure is determined. This method can reliably reproduce the high voltage detection, and can minimize the impact on the measured object due to high pressure, and improve the security of the detection.
Check cable number test function: auxiliary assembly, you can quickly find the node cable number accurate line.
Electronic components test function: Test the temperature resistance of the cable
Test report function: Test report automatic recording function.
